방 코드, 발생 시각, 문제가 된 질문이나 행동을 알려주세요. 불편한 질문에는 답하지 않아도 되며 게임에서 나갈 수 있습니다. 비밀번호나 다른 사람의 민감한 정보는 보내지 마세요.

hiddenO 이용 등록·데이터 삭제 요청

아래 이메일로 hiddenO 이용 등록과 게임 기록 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. Google·카카오 로그인에 사용한 이메일, 또는 게스트로 플레이한 방 코드·닉네임·대략적인 시각을 알려주세요. 요청자의 데이터인지 확인하기 위해 추가 정보를 요청할 수 있습니다.

이메일을 보내면 운영자에게 요청이 접수됩니다. 즉시 자동 삭제되는 기능은 아닙니다. 처리 결과는 이메일로 안내합니다. 비밀번호·인증번호·신분증은 보내지 마세요.

hiddenO와 PiMath는 로그인 계정을 공유합니다. 요청에는 삭제를 원하는 서비스와 데이터 범위를 적어주세요. hiddenO 데이터 삭제 요청으로 PiMath 계정까지 삭제하지 않습니다.

Support, reports and deletion requests

Contact foreducator at hwanys2@naver.com for help with hiddenO. For a bug or content report, include the room code, approximate time and what happened. Do not include passwords, verification codes or another person’s sensitive information.

To request deletion of your hiddenO registration and game history, email us with your sign-in email, or your guest nickname, room code and approximate play time. We may need information to verify that the data belongs to you. This is a manual request, not instant deletion; we will reply with the result. A hiddenO deletion request does not delete your PiMath account.
